We try our best to describe textiles, colours and qualities of our car mats. Costs will be clearly displayed at all times. In the event that you are not entirely happy we do offer a 30 day money back assurance on all plain products. However, personalised products are unable to be returned and/or refunded as each one is customised to order. The wording and details given via the website are unable to be amended so please ensure all details are completed correctly. If you order via the phone then an e-mail confirmation of the wording or details will be required to ensure no errors occur. Of course, if a personalised product is received that has an error made by us then a replacement will be issued.
Our products are manufactured to precise standards, with rigid quality control through every part of the manufacturing process. When you bought your product, you were given a warranty, which means for a certain period after purchase, any manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced by us free-of-charge. The warranty period for products bought in United Kingdom is 24 months. The warranty period begins from the date printed on your Web receipt. It's very important that you look after your receipt, as without this evidence you cannot make a claim on your warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratching, abrasions or cosmetic damage from shoes etc. More specifically, it does not cover damage caused by any misuse or improper handling. Faulty Items If your product appears to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible before returning. You can contact us on 01257 476006, email us at email@example.com, or visit us in person. In some circumstances we may require you to return the item to be looked at and/or to be tested for the fault. We require to be notified about faulty products within 30 days of your order being placed. Please note if the fault is due to misuse/handling then refunds cannot be given.
Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. A replacement will be dispatched as soon as we are able or we can issue a refund if requested.
We currently operate a no quibble returns policy provided items are returned in their original un-opened state.(Excluding Personalised Goods) If your order no longer meets your requirements you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. These need to be returned within 14 days of your order date, and the customer will encounter return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we are not held responsible for damaged/lost items. If you are returning a product though an error on our part the return postage of up to £5.00 will be refunded.
Payment will be taken at the shopping cart in full. All despatch times are visible in the cart at this time.

From point of order to delivery is around 5-7 working days. Our car mat manufacturing service is totally bespoke to your requirements and therefore all our products are manufactured to order in our factory. It should take around 5 working days for your order to progress through cutting, embroidery, sewing, quality control and into our warehouse department whereupon your order will be despatched to your specified address on a next day delivery service with DPD parcel carrier company. On the day your order leaves our premises an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. If you provide your mobile phone number, DPD will send a text message letting you know when your order will be delivered within a 2 hour window. If this is not convenient, you can text back to arrange a time that’s good for you.
We have an international (certain countries only apply) delivery service available to people living outside of UK, please contact us for charges.
Our office open hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We are not open on Bank Holidays. Orders will only be processed and dispatched during these opening times. Please note: Weekends are not classed as working days.
Next Working Day Guaranteed delivery by DPD; this will need a signature upon arrival. DPD only operate on working days – this does not include Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.
